Add products to your cart, go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. You will receive an order confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your city. Major cities are often faster.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Unused, sealed items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged. Message us with your order number to start a request.
Which products should I start with?
A simple routine is cleanser, one serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. Introduce one new product at a time and patch test it on a small area first. Our team is happy to suggest a routine on WhatsApp.
