This Privacy Policy explains how Dewlane (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or place an order.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Account details — if you create an account: your login details, order history, saved addresses and wishlist.
- Messages — information you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data — basic information such as browser type, pages visited and the cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders (including sharing delivery details with our courier partners).
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send newsletters and offers — only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our website secure and improve our service.
Payments
Cash on Delivery payments are collected by our courier partner. If online payment options are offered, payments are handled securely by the payment provider — we do not store card details on our website.
Data sharing & security
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our store (such as couriers, payment and email providers) and when required by law, and we take reasonable measures, including SSL encryption, to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us at hello@example.com.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
