How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. You will receive an order confirmation, and we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives; please keep the exact amount ready.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered in 2–5 working days. Major cities are often quicker, while remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as per our returns policy. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start.
How do I choose the right size?
Sneakers follow standard EU sizes and bedsheets list exact dimensions on the product page. If you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will help you choose.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships we send the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email or phone.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Depending on the store setup, bank transfer and card payments may also be offered at checkout.
