How do I place an order?
Choose your pair and size, add it to the cart and check out with your name, phone number and address. We confirm every order by SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 2–5 working days in most cities; remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
Can I exchange or return my sneakers?
Yes. If your pair is unworn and in its original box, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
How do I find my size?
Measure your foot from heel to longest toe. As a rough guide, EU 39 fits about 24.5 cm, EU 40 25 cm, EU 41 26 cm, EU 42 26.5 cm, EU 43 27.5 cm and EU 44 28 cm. Check the fit notes on each product page, or ask us on WhatsApp.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also enter your order number on the Track Order page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery nationwide, plus bank transfer and debit or credit cards where they are enabled at checkout.
