How do I place an order?
Add your fragrances to the cart, go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. You will receive an order confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your city.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Sealed, unused items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. Message us with your order number to start a request.
What is the difference between EDP, EDT and attar?
An eau de parfum (EDP) is richer and more concentrated, an eau de toilette (EDT) is lighter and fresher, and an attar is an alcohol-free perfume oil applied with a roll-on.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp for your courier tracking details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery. Where available, bank transfer and card payments are shown at checkout.
How can I contact you?
